We are so glad we did the private 1:1 hypnobirthing course with you, it gave us the time we needed throughout the pregnancy to both bond with our baby & learn exactly what happens during labour. I went from feeling really quite anxious about giving birth to being relaxed and able to enjoy my pregnancy as I felt more in control. We listened to the downloads most nights and practiced the breathing techniques... it was a great way to unwind and think about our little baby.

Now, did my birth plan go to plan? Not exactly! I didn’t get the opportunity to use hypnobirthing during labour as I didn’t really go into labour and had to have a c-section as I was quite poorly but we are still so glad we did the course as it was more than just about labour- you gave us so much more!

So our beautiful baby girl Esme Rose is finally here 💞 it was lovely to see you on the postnatal ward afterwards, thank you for looking after us all!
